Service Charge

  • Storage Charge: HK$10 per hour (less than one hour will be counted as an hour).
  • Storage duration: Up to 3 hours; overtime withdrawal is charged at HK$20 per hour.

Process

Storage

  1. Sign the consent form to confirm the storage items
  2. Receive a "Storage Pass"

Withdrawal

  1. Show the "Storage Pass"
  2. Pay storage charge
  3. Pick up and check the storage items

Storage Service Terms of Use

  1. The storage service is only provided to the visitors of Bright Hilltop.
  2. Items to be stored are limited to: the length (length, width, height) or diameter of any side cannot exceed 1 meter, and the weight cannot exceed 5 kilograms (kg).
  3. Please ensure that all openings, pockets, and zippers (if any) are closed.
  4. Please take your valuables with you.
  5. Storage Charge: HK$10 per hour (less than one hour will be counted as an hour).
  6. Storage duration: Up to 3 hours; overtime withdrawal is charged at HK$20 per hour.
  7. Customers can only store items during the business hours of the Bright Hilltop ticket office, and the last pick-up time is 18:00.
  8. Customers need to receive the Storage Pass provided by Bright Hilltop after storing the items; retrieve the items with the Storage Pass.
  9. Customers are required to settle the bill before picking up their items.
  10. Please keep the Storage Pass carefully. If the customer loses the Pass, the Bright Hilltop will charge an additional fee of HK$50.
  11. If the item has not been picked up within two days starting from the storage date, the item will be disposed of by the Bright Hilltop.
  12. Bright Hilltop and its employees will not open luggage or assist customers in picking up their items by themselves or at any customers' request. Bright Hilltop will only open the customers' belongings with the assistance of the police or official units in the investigation.
  13. Bright Hilltop does not guarantee the state of any fragile or perishable items (including laptop computers, glass products, food-sealed packing, etc.).
  14. In case of any loss, damage or items loss, etc., customers shall not require Bright Hilltop to make any compensation or bear any responsibility, and customers shall take the relevant risks themselves.
  15. The above terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 
  16. The storage spaces are limited; first come, first served.
  17. In case of any dispute, the final decision of Bright Hilltop shall prevail.
